Every three years, Agnus Dei organizes a grand gastronomical show to present the coming trends to its clients and the media. This event mixes the culinary and scenic arts and showcases Agnus Dei’s savoir-faire. The event also serves as an incubator for ideas, which can be used in future events.
Agnus Dei, La Commanderie de l'érable
Every year, Agnus Dei celebrates spring and its maple syrup with corporate evenings at the Scena. High-end menus inspired by the sugar shack, food tasting and a competition for the best maple syrup in Quebec are the key moments at the closing day of the event.
Montréal Métropole Culturelle
For this event, Agnus Dei presented a perfect fusion of gastronomy and spectacle in a show where food becomes one of the main actors.
Cirque du Soleil
Agnus Dei created many themes for the Cirque du Soleil’s VIP receptions throughout Canada. Finger food presented as enchanted gardens descending from the heavens or hanging from the walls of a mystical cave, such acrobatic gastronomical achievements were designed to illustrate the Cirque du Soleil’s universe in the culinary terms.
